Emma, Office Manager

Emma started working in our office in 2015 as an intern at the front desk, then later that year was hired as a receptionist in our office. She greets everyone with a smile and helps all of our patients out on a daily basis. We are so thankful for all the hard work and dedication she puts into her job at our office. In the spring of 2025, she was promoted to Office Manager.

In Emma’s free time, she enjoys being with her family and getting to travel to new places.  

Emma’s favorite part about working in our office is the positive work environment with the staff and patients.

Michelle, Back Office Supervisor and RDA

Michelle earned her Registered Dental Assistant License in 2005 and became an assistant in our office soon after. Her first eight years were spent in the back office assisting Dr. Bean with various treatment procedures. Then in 2013, Michelle became our main front office receptionist. Over the past seven years, all of our patients have had the pleasure of being greeted by her at the front desk each time they come in. We’re very fortunate to have Michelle’s commitment and dedication to our practice over the past fifteen years. In the fall of 2024, Michelle became our back office supervisor. 

In Michelle’s free time, she enjoys going camping and spending time with her family.

Michelle’s favorite thing about working at Dr. Bean’s office is the office staff and patients. Michelle enjoys helping new and existing patients and enjoys seeing the patients leave with a smile. 

Meg, Receptionist + Social Media Coordinator

Meg started working for our practice in October 2020. We appreciate all her great work and dedication in the front office. Meg also runs our Instagram and Facebook pages and keeps us all up to date on office anniversaries, dental holidays, birthdays, special events, and more.

In Meg’s free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and relaxing at home.

Madison, RDH 

Madison has been a Registered Dental Hygienist as well as with our office for six years. She is with our office full-time; Monday through Thursday providing all oral hygiene care. We appreciate the compassion and education she provides to our patients. She’s an exceptional hygienist who is dedicated to providing the best oral care to all of our patients. Our office truly enjoys what she contributes to the practice.

In Madison’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Madison’s favorite part about working at our practice is being able to engage with her patients and working with a great staff.

Cynthia, RDH

Cynthia started working in our office in December 2020 as a Registered Dental Hygienist.  She is in our office every Monday through Wednesday providing great oral hygiene care to our patients. We are grateful to have Cynthia’s positive and hard work ethic in our office.

In Cynthia’s free time, she enjoys getting be with her family and having fun with her friends.

Cynthia’s favorite part about working at our practice is being able to build relationships with her patients and working with a great group of people.

Deionne, RDA

Deionne became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1986 and we’ve had the pleasure of having her in our office for the past nine years. Our office as well as our patients love her outgoing and funny personality. She’s truly an asset to the Roger Bean DDS team. 

In her free time, Deionne enjoys baking sweet treats for her family and friends. 

Deionne’s favorite thing about working in our office is visiting with patients and meeting new patients who come to the office.
